We started as an experiment in sustainable farming — a few trays of basil and microgreens grown underground in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Powered by solar energy and a relentless curiosity, that experiment grew into she.grow — and eventually, she’s pizzas.Today, some of our ingredients are grown year-round in desert soil without the soil. We use 95% less water, 99% solar power, and 100% passion for flavor. Every slice tells the story of smart farming, sunlight, and community.
